We can create links to your standard letters which allow the system to automatically send ATE Insurance policy requests to our website. In addition, we can set up a screen on your system which deals with ATE Insurance and allows your fee earners to request policy cancellations, report the issuing of proceedings, notify that payment has been received and even produce policy payment letters automatically.

- We will add a specific 'ATE Insurance' screen to your Proclaim system
- Requests can be forwarded to our website at the touch of a button on all new cases you receive.
- Once a request is made, the insurer will automatically appear on the specially set-up 'ATE Insurance Screen' as will the price of the premium. The ATE Insurance premium will be added to your disbursement screen and to client care letters
- Fee earners can use the ATE Insurance Screen to request policy cancellation where the client fails to cooperate, BTE insurance is discovered etc. Cancellation request is by a simple button and drop down menu
- If a ATE Insurance policy is cancelled, the system automatically removes the premium from the disbursements screen and places a note in the History confirming the ATE policy has been cancelled
