We can now arrange After the Event Insurance for Contentious Probate claims, providing your clients with security at a time of potential great pressure.

We are able to arrange cover all types of will and probate disputes, including claims relating to:

Standard premiums are available for claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975 on a banded scale based on estate size.  For larger estates, and for all other Contentious Probate claim types, bespoke premiums are available.

ClaimSafe After the Event Insurance for Contentious Probate claims are not automatically available for purchase. They are available only to solicitor departments where a reasonable volume of cases is available to insure each year.   • The insurer normally pays claims within 7 days.
  • All ClaimSafe After the Event Insurance policies are cancellable in many circumstances with nothing to pay
